A variance to exceed two-car capacity in a detached accessory building/garage. 2. A variance to exceed a single story detached accessory building/garage. 3. Up to a 550-sq. ft. variance above the allowed 750-sq. ft. of all detached accessory buildings, for a detached accessory building/garage to be up to 1,300-sq. ft.
