An 8.92-ft. rear yard setback variance, from the required 35-ft., to build a house 26.08-ft. from the rear property line (lake side). 2. A 7.46-ft. front yard setback variance, from the required 30-ft., to build a house with an attached garage 22.54-ft. from the front property line (road side). 3.
